   Works great to help keep my pain levels low, using it on a daily basis in the mornings. Having various medical challenges that cause me pain all over my body, this has helped tremendously in my day to day life. However the CBD cannabis bud is much more effective for flare ups and bad days, but if you are against smoking and vaping, or just need a daily dose that can reduce all types of pain, then this is a great product at a great price.
