   I have 3 sleep disorder, I have INSOMNIA , I SHALLOW BREATH, I HAVE SLEEP APNEA. The sleeping pills the doctor gave, gave me dry mouth , bitter taste in my mouth and hallucinations. When weed was made legal, as I can’t smoke I tried gummies. If you are on Zopiclone you are restricted because they are not meant to be long term “and they make you fat”. I started off with half a tablet and over 10 years on them, I ended up taking 2 tables, the problem with these are you are not allowed to do more than 2 tablets. THEN WHAT AS LACK OF SLEEP WILL KILL YOU. THANK GOD FOR THESE GUMMIES, when you look around you will see low dose 10 20 30 50 so i have a 20 at 8pm then at 9 I eat a 50. You have control start low and go from there. I love this company there are so many choice.

   These are perfect little shooters to boost my mood. Kiwi tastes like kiwi. Amazing.
